  • How long does sleep training take?
The length of sleep training varies depending on your baby’s age, temperament, and the method used. On average, most babies show improvement within 3 to 7 nights, but some may take up to two weeks to fully adjust to a new sleep routine.
  • What if my baby gets sick during sleep training?
If your baby gets sick during sleep training, it’s important to prioritise their health and comfort. As an infant sleep coach, we recommend pausing any structured sleep plan and offering extra cuddles, reassurance, and comfort while they recover.
  • What age does my baby need to be?
We work with infants from 5 months to 5 years
  • Will my baby cry?
Let’s be real, babies cry because that’s how they communicate. But no, we won’t ask you to leave your baby to cry alone. Our approach is gentle, responsive, and designed to give your baby (and you!) the support needed to make positive sleep changes. Some protest is normal it’s their way of saying, “Hey, this is different!”—but you’ll always be there to reassure them.
  • What methods do you use?
We use gentle, staged, and evidence backed sleep training methods that prioritises your baby’s emotional well-being. No one-size-fits-all solutions here, just a personalised approach that works for your family. Our goal? To help your baby learn independent sleep skills while ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
