The Heart Behind Kipp & Pips

Hey, I’m Mel! I’m the founder of Kipp & Pips Infant Sleep Coaching and I’m here to help tired parents (like you!) get the rest you deserve.

 

I’m a mum to three young children including twins. I know first hand how challenging sleep struggles can be, I’ve been there and I’m here to guide you with empathy, understanding and practical coaching methods that work for you and your family.

 

After having my own little ones, I quickly discovered just how tough running on broken sleep can be. It’s not just about feeling tired, it’s like trying to function through a fog where everything feels harder but… I also discovered how life changing it can be when babies (and us!) start getting the rest they need. It’s amazing how much brighter everything feels after a good night’s sleep. That’s when I trained to be an infant sleep consultant and began supporting families through the rollercoaster of little one’s sleep. Since then, I’ve been helping exhausted parents find solutions that work, offering comfort, reassurance, and support when it’s needed most.
